Killer Koalas From Outer Space

I requested this after reading (and loving) the author's the cat on the matt went splatt. Unfortunately, we were very disturbed by this book. The violence, language, and imagery is not appropriate for children. Every story talks about death and many about dismemberment. This is not a children's book.

My 6 year old grandson loved it! He read it in about 20 minutes and wanted more!

this book is full of bad stuff people don't want to hear!

We were horrified when we realized what our son had checked out, thinking it was a kids cartoonized book. Even he was shocked and turned off by the level of violence and number of deaths portrayed. It seems the author's goal was to have every scenario end in death! Is that really appropriate to have in the Children's lineup?
