I read this for the "a book on theology" part of my 2018 reading challenge. I enjoyed it more than I expected, it had a lot of good advise about breathing and awareness of your surroundings.
Very good. Very easy to read / good for a 'refresher' when you don't have time for a long read. You can read a 'subject' or two, feel refreshed and go on about your activities until the next 'read'.
Teaches the path to peace, and attaining wisdom. The book is intuitively written. A pleasure to read.
