I'd be curious how you plan to counter-balance the power that is shifted to the multinational Corporations. After all, it is the Corporations that run the US government (big banks, weapons/oil/energy/Pharma/telecom/agriculture/food companies, etc.). Address how the States will regulate these Corporations. The fear is that they won't, under free market mythology. It is consolidated, unaccountable power that oppresses, and it can take the form of un-democratic Governments (Third World) or multinational Corporations (America). Look at the most peaceful places on earth for the average citizen to live: they are Social Democracies, with an accountable Government that plays an important role. Banter on all you want about economic freedom, individualism, and personal responsibility, but the individual has few options against multinational Corporations.
