Fantastic, fluffy, funny and fabulous. It was just what I needed after reading waaaay too many teen dystopian books.

Brad Goreski (who grew up 20 minutes from my house, and my family visits his family's trailer park each summer) tells the tale of his rise to fame, and doesn't shy away from the pitfalls he hit along the way. Not necessarily a how-to on getting into the fashion industry, but a great beginning memoir with cute side stories, anecdotes, hilarious family photos and great recipe for French silk pie.

Brad talks about the importance of having great people around you, knowing what you want, and most of all, going for it.

A great read, light hearted, but not quite superficial. Fluffly. And funny.
