Twenty years after ruling the halls of her suburban Chicago high school, Lissy Ryder doesn't understand why her glory days ended. Back then, she was worshipped...beloved...feared. Present day, not so much. She's been pink-slipped from her high-paying job, dumped by her husband, and kicked out of her condo. Now, at thirty-seven, she's struggling to start a business out of her parents' garage and sleeping under the hair-band posters in her old bedroom...

I've finished 2 Jen Lancaster novels and her bio about following Martha Stewart now and she seems, in her fiction, to like to write about terrible main characters whom her signature character, Diva, guides into righteousness. They're just fun novels. You won't think new deep thoughts. You won't really like the main character. Jen puts herself, as narrator, into the main characters' shoes - the dialog and telling in her fiction is much like that in her bio. But her books are fun - nice breaks from authors who take themselves too seriously.

UGH!
This is a story about a mean girl in High School who goes back in time for a "do-over" to rectify her actions to the people she bullied 20 years before. Problem is she is still the same. Could not finish this!
Read by the author in a very obnoxious style
