This one's a bit creepier and darker than the first one, and there's some violent bits and a scene of cussing, but the climax, and the raggant make up for it all!

The second book of the 100 Cupboards series that is infinitely more interesting than the series title might suggest. N.D. Wilson has delivered a masterpiece with astounding imaginative vision, compelling characters, and humor that often draws loud laughs tempering well-crafted action and adventure. Be prepared for a different writing style, unique but incredibly engaging nonetheless.

The only thing more intricate and accurate than the raggant was a common bumblebee. And bumblebees only used their abilities to name every individual flower within their flight radius and inflate nectar value by reclassifying every vintage based on temperature, light angle and refraction, time of collection, barometric pressure, period elapsed since previous electrical storm, and mood of flower. They had the raggan't respect.
