This is a little gem of a book. There is something here for the beginner as well as the more advanced beverage aficionado.

I really like the way this book is laid out. Each beverage type is a little more challenging than the one before it. In each section the author lays out a Master Recipe of how the beverage type is created and then proceeds to detail a number of recipes that may have small variations or, more often, different ingredients and combinations. Her sodas use a commercial yeast instead of the probiotics I was hoping for, but it does work well and simplifies the process for beginners. The instructions are clear and accurate and the process is fun. Excellent book.

Excellent little book. Beautiful images, succinct sections on each beverage. And really helpful notes, easy to follow. Definitely recommend.
