A pretty good movie and good performance, especially Alice Eve who acted as a hostage and was forced to help a blind criminal to get back his money that had been stolen in his car.

A good movie of the week

Pretty good movie. Cranston pulls off a foreign character well.
Some scenes are violent/graphic with vulgar language.

I'm quite surprised by the lackluster reviews here and on IMDb. I *really* enjoyed this neo-noir. The twists were clever, the suspense was intense, and the cast was spot on. Bryan Cranston's "Boris Badenov" accent was a tad hokey, but he fit the part. Alice Eve was absolutely outstanding. Aside from being gorgeous, she's got some chops. Good flick.

It was pretty good, good performances... one thing i liked was how it portrayed the life of Chloe, the motel owner, with some believable depth - the struggles she had in managing her relationships with a career criminal, a corrupt cop.

Not bad. Good performaces, especially by Bryan Cranston. Above average story gets tied up in a neat little bow.

Chole: ... and as long as you have
that gun, I'm gonna be nervous, and as long as I'm nervous, I'm gonna talk. Was it drugs or money? It's cash, isn't it? It's a lot I bet, huh? So, what do they call someone like you? It's a "mule," right?
Killer: I collect packages and bring them to where they belong.

Chole: You want to know what I think
Killer: No.
Chole: I think your employers don't
know about your vision problem. Maybe it wasn't so bad for a while,
but now you can't hardly see anything. What are you gonna do, right? I mean, there's not much demand for a blind guy whose only skill is killing people.
Killer: Very perceptive for a motel clerk in this godforsaken brothel (motor inn.)
