This is the worst season so far. Another doppelganger? This show peaked in season 4. Downgraded to re-curing roles for primary cast members, new weak characters. Extra screen time for the already overly used 3 primary cast members. SNOOZE.

Show's got more plot holes than I can count but I'm in way too many seasons now to stop myself from watching Elena being the reason for yet another problem in Mystic Falls!

Over the Stephan thing, got boring after season 3. Either Elena's with Damon or not with Damon but they need to make up their minds or move Elena on otherwise season 6 probably the last.

Yet another show and another season relying heavily on the, "I love you but we can't be together," garbage. This season was so boring I began fast-forwarding and tuning out fairly early on. The drama is so over the top I couldn't hear the actors lines during one tragic scene because they were drowned out by David Gray's "Other Side" which seemed misplaced. In fact, every time anything even remotely interesting is about to happen, moody music is cued up for effect and becomes quickly annoying. We live in rapidly changing times. Elena doesn't need to have a boyfriend. She could be alone and be happy. She could also have both brothers if she wanted. But every season she's torn between both. BORING.
