I quite enjoyed this. It strikes a kind of middle ground historically. Seeing as it is a comic book, it can only be kind of simplistic and not very nuanced

Definitely does have some issues but all things considered ....

The title says it all for this unique history book, full of facts and stories about everybody's favorite alcoholic beverage. Good for history buffs and beer snobs alike.

A great history of beer. How it used to be brewed, how it come to be so industrial and homogenized in the 50s and 60s and then how craft beer re-exploded in more recent times. A great read if your curious about what makes beer varieties different and how they came about.
