Straightforward, honest information for girls 10 and up. Nothing here that is shocking or slanted. Even if you have told your daughter these things, it is nice to have someone else confirm that they are normal and natural changes in bodies and minds. She discusses her choices in life (veganism, religion, etc) without suggesting they are the best choices, just the ones that worked for her--but she assures that every girl is going to have to make choices. After my preview, I bought a copy for my granddaughter.
