Nevada Baylor cant decide which is more frustrating: harnessing her truthseeker abilities or dealing with Connor "Mad" Rogan and their evolving relationship. Yes, the billionaire Prime is helping her navigate the complex magical world in which shes become a crucial player and sometimes a pawn, but she also has to deal with his ex-fiancée, whose husband has disappeared, and whose damsel-in-distress act is wearing very, very thin. Rogan faces his own challenges, too, as Nevada's magical rank has made her a desirable match for other Primes. Controlling his immense powers is child's play next to controlling his conflicting emotions. And now he and Nevada are confronted by a new threat within her own family. Can they face this together? Or is their world about to go up in smoke?

I absolutely loved this series and don't want it to end. can't wait (hopefully) to read the stories on the rest of the secondary characters with pop-ins/updates on Navada and Rogan.

I don't know why this series isn't on people's radar. If you like strong female characters, sarcasm, a good villain and a paranormal setting that makes sense - this series is for you.

Fantastic read. Started and couldn't put it down. Pulled an all-nighter to finish it.
Another great book by this writing duo. Love these characters. The end has given me hope for another novel in this series. I thought it was only going to be three books, but I would love to see another book.

You won't regret it.
