Reads as an infomercial, complete with locations of TM centers across the U.S., in the very back of the book. Small snippets from very famous TM practitioners such as Jerry Seinfeld and Russell Brand throws off the whole flow of the book and the entire point of TM, which is where it should be about you and your own senses, not other personal accounts from others. It's great that it has worked for them! But this book and TM should also help you, too! It doesn't! This is not a good book for those looking to start using TM, or are even curious about its usefulness.
