Even superheroes are not immune to bad days! This is a wonderfully illustrated book telling us in rhyme no less, that we can channel our negative energy and do something positive to tame our tempers when they flare. Fun to read aloud.

What a great book about handling emotions and how we respond. I thought that it would appeal to children of all ages, but particularly the preschool and younger primary. The book is an easy read, the rhymes make it ideal to read aloud. Illustrations are colourful with lots of detail and discussion points.

I liked that it acknowledges appropriate ways we can show we are upset.
"It's Ok if they frown. It's Ok if they sigh, It's even Ok if they slump down and cry"
The message is really not to overreact.
