This book was confusing, with too many characters.

This book is not her best. I do love the way she writes though. My favorite is Me Before You and her continuing that story in a few books after that. I wish she would "write faster."

I like most of her books but I gave up on this one as it had too many characters to keep track of.

This book is not truly representative of the others that JoJo Moyes has written. It is a little confusing at the beginning and the characters were not as developed as in other books. I did enjoy the read but have loved her other books much better - my favorite is Ship of Brides.

I have loved all of JoJo Moyes books, but this one was such a disappointment. Gave up after about one-quarter of the way through, although I did flip to the end to see how it all tied together. It didn't, really, at least not for me.

This was an early book which had some good moments but was difficult to follow at times. Can say that she has developed a great deal since writing this story.

Not worth reading and a sorry representation of the author's writing. Author leaves her characters undefined and the reader guessing as to who is who and what is going on. It was a struggle to figure out what was happening. I don't want to struggle when I read a book. I read for pleasure, relaxation, intellectual stimulation. Where I once looked forward to reading the author's books, I now will pass over reading any others from her. Hugely disappointing.

This book is not of the same caliber as Jojo Moyes' other novels. The character development is very weak, and the main character is particularly unappealing. Although this is a new book, I believe it was written much earlier before Moyes' writing improved.

I have enjoyed this author's books, so I was happy when her latest novel came out. It took about two chapters to get into the plot, but once I did, it was just very interesting. I hope she hurrys up and writes her next novel!

Originally I didn't want to watch this because I am a fan of the Mitford Series books and have read them all. I didn't look forward to seeing how they botched up the book turned movie. Not to fear. The movie is excellent and being Hallmark you know it is family friendly. Beyond that I found it light-hearted and interesting to see how they took the book and put it to movie. I pictured Pastor Tim as much older in my mind when I read the books. But it actually works really well with Cameron Mathison. If you are looking for a light, simple movie that is pretty much predictable yet fun and interesting, then you will like this movie. If you are a Mitford series book fan, you will most likely truly enjoy. Thanks to library for having this title available!
