I think this is a great children's book and it has a great message. Also when you look in the pictures you can see things like evolution and dinosaurs and the metor it's a very scientific background And I think that's very cool. even though some people may think that the background doesn't really suit as a childrens book I like it a lot. For me my favorite line in the book is the one that says "sometimes you feel lost and alone but you matter". The book gives words of encouragement for many situations just by saying you matter and I like the repetition

An interesting book to share with young children. The pictures are vivid and pair up well with the writing and the message of the book that everyone matters comes out loud and clear.

Christian Robinson has done many excellent books for young children. I've read most of them with appreciation, but You Matter, although attractive, doesn't seem to make sense for preschool aged children unless they happen to have a keen interest or science background or an adult on hand explaining complicated ideas. Little people might enjoy it just for the pictures without knowing what the pictures are about. Maybe it's kinda more for adults.
