Motivating book. Curtin makes you pay attention to the service you are offering your customers. The part that really made sense to me was about greeting your customers and bidding them farewell. So often there is no hello just a "Next" or a "That's $3.50." It was a nice reminder to take the time to add the little things that can delight our customers.
